Ingredients:
- 4 tbs. oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 can Rienzi clam sauce
- 1 tbs. chopped parsley
- Lemon zest
- Rienzi #9 Linguini pasta
Preparation:
Sauté garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Add clam sauce and lemon zest. Simmer for about 3 minutes. Cook pasta separately until al dente and toss with simmering sauce for about one minute. Transfer to a platter and sprinkle parsley over top.
